Yes. All of your orders will ship directly out BC Canada to your front door anywhere across Canada and we ship worldwide. We are 100% Canadian and appreciate you supporting a Canadian business.

Do you accept phone orders?
Yes, phone orders are accepted. Feel free to call us toll free during regular business hours nd our friendly Sheniko staff members would be happy to process your order. If its after businesss hours, simply contact us fora call back and we will call you as soon as possible to process your order for you
If I do not like something, can I return it?
In most cases, yes, you are able to return items for an exchange or store credit but we do not accept returns on all of the products in our store. For more information about our returns policy and what items can be returned, please click here.
Do I need an account to shop at your store?
No, you do not need an Account to shop at our store and you are free to check out as a guest. We do encourage registration however as it comes with many additional benefits to you! Registered customers will gain access to our Customer Resources Area that has information that will not be available to visitors at our store. Also, registering allows us to keep your information on file so when you order the next time, you don't have to fill everything out all over again. All your information is kept safely and securely on file and all you have to do is choose your new items and check out in seconds!!!
Where can I get information about certain products in your store?
You can find most information about our products here. You may also type your questions into the search bar at the top of our website, contact us directly for a product question. We'll get back to you immediately.
Can anyone shop in your store? Yes. Anyone in Canada, USA and from around the world can shop at our store. Simply place your order online and select your country from the drop down menu check list. The store will automatically calculate your shipping for you.
Are your prices in Canadian Dollars?
Yes. All of our prices are in Canadian dollars.
Are taxes included in the prices?
No. Taxes will be automatically calculated for you in check out and are based on the province where you reside. If you live in Canada, as per provincial and federal laws we are required to collect taxes from you based on your jurisdiction. *Customers outside of Canada are not charged taxes in our store.
Non-residents of Canada and International customers may be charged taxes and duties from their government when the order arrives in their country. Sheniko does not reimburse duties to international shoppers. That is the responsibility of the international shopper.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping for all of our customers, so no matter how many or little items you order, you always pay the same price. Shipping rates are based on the province, city or state, country you live in and the type of shipping method you choose. Expedited shipping is $15.00 Ground shipping is 20.00 flat rate and Express shipping is also available for $40.00CAD.
How long will it take to get my order?
Order delivery times depend on where you are located and the shipping options you choose when you place you order. Standard shipping is 7-14 days, however in stock items arrive much sooner. If you need your orders by a specific deadline, make sure you order your items well in advance of your deadline. Also, please leave a comment when you place your order as to your deadline so we may try to accommodate you.
Can I get my order sooner than 7-14 business days?
Yes. If you require your items sooner, Express shipping is available for a fee. Express delivery orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days. The Express Shipping option is available at check out or you may contact us by phone or email if you have specific questions about the delivery date for your order.
How do I track my orders and check my order status?
All order tracking can be done directly from our store. Simply log into your account by clicking the MY ACCOUNT tab on the top left hand corner of your store and viewing your order status. Updates about your order and messages will be left to you directly in your account. Please note: updates are not usually available in your account until after 2-5 business so if your status has not changed do not worry, it will get updated soon. If you have questions about orders that are currently in progress, please contact us through the message system or the contact us page in our store. Phone agents will not have access to shipping information as that is exclusive to warehouse personnel. Your cooperation is appreciated. Again, all customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.
Is shopping on your website secure?
Yes, the Sheniko.com website is 100% secure. Our store uses the most specialized website encryption technology and protections to keep all of your information secure.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Sheniko is happy to offer our customers various payment options. We accept credit card payment by Visa or Master Card, Visa Debit Cards, Visa Gift Cards, PayPal. For your added convenience we also accept Money Order or personal cheques. Customers may also pay via online banking email transfers. If you are in Canada and you do online banking at Royal Bank, HSBC, Bank of Nova Scotia or Bank Of Montreal, TD Canada Trust, and various participating banks, etc., you will be able to send us your payments thru your bank email money transfer service. To do this; simply log into your online banking centre and then click on Send Email Money Transfer. Enter our email address, your payment amount and create a secret question and click Send. Once your transfer is sent, pleased don't forget to email us the answer to your secret question so we can deposit the funds into our business account and process your order for you. If you need assistance on how to send an email transfer please contact your bank directly for further assistance. *International customers can make payment to us by bank wire or Western Union or a confirmed PayPal Account.
How can I find out if you carry a specific item in your store?
It's easy. Simply type your question in the search box at the top right hand margin of our website and click Search. The system will generate results for you based on PRODUCTS. You will see the word "product" is highlighted so that the system will only show you products that meet your search criteria. You can type in a full sentence or partial words to find out what you are looking for. If you are searching for a certain product that did not come up in our search results do not worry. We may be able to special order it in for you or it was listed under a different name. Always Contact Us just be sure and our agents will check our database. We carry over 1,500 items and not all of them are always listed in our store.
How can I find information about product care, what certain types of products are and what they can do for me?
Yes this is also possible. It is basically the same procedure as product search except this time you are requesting information not products. You simply type your question in the SEARCH BAR at the top right hand corner of our website. Something like... for example:"How long can I wear my contact lenses?" Then you click on the word Search to see your results. The same list of information will generate but this time, you need to click on the words that read NEWS & INFORMATION and it will now pull up answers to specific questions you have including product care, information and beauty tips. We also encourage you to visit our blog for current beauty trends.
Do I have to spend a certain amount before I can shop in your store?
No. You can spend as little as $5.00 if that is all you need. There are no spending dollar amounts. You can shop for whatever you need, whether it is one item or twenty. It's entirely up to you.
Do you offer wholesale pricing to businesses?
Yes we do. If you are a licensed beauty business, salon or spa, we would love to hear from you. We accept accounts from businesses worldwide. Please contact us for more information on how you can submit an application for a wholesale beauty account.
Who do you use to ship your orders?
Sheniko ships orders using Canada Post and FedEx for customers in Canada. For international shipping, we use DHL and USPS Postal Services.
Do you offer free shipping?
On occasion, we offer free shipping store promotions for first time shoppers. Information about free shipping deals can be found in our company newsletters and Facebook Free shipping is only for standard shipping. Express shipping does not apply.
Will you ship orders internationally?
Yes. Sheniko will ship anywhere in the world provided your country has no restrictions as to what products can be shipped there.
Will you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes but we encourage customers who live in rural areas to leave us very clear ship instructions on the best way to send your parcel.
Will you ship Express to a PO Box?
Express delivery is not available for PO Boxes and for this we will need you to supply a physical address for your delivery. If a physical address is not left, the parcel will be sent as a "hold for pick up" at your local community mail office. ID will be required for you to receive your parcel.
How can I track my package?
Sheniko will notify customers when products have been shipped and provide a tracking number. You can also log into your account any time to track your orders.
Will you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder for your first order with us. If your need to ship elsewhere is for concerns about privacy we can ship to a confirmed work place or leave your parcels with a reliable courier like FedEx as a "hold for pickup" order so you can retrieve it from their location instead. Please contact us if you require special shipping arrangements.
Can I get discounts if I order in bulk quantities?
Yes , it is possible to get a bulk discount on most items. If you are interested in placing an order for 4 or more of the same item, please contact us ahead of time so we may calculate your discount for you. Thanks
Do your Gift Certificates Expire?
No. Our gift certificates are treated as cash and will never expire.
What is the minimum amount I have to spend on a Gift Certificate?
You can purchase a Sheniko Gift Certificate for any amount. The minimum amount is set to $1.00 CAD
My friend gave me her coupon code, can I use it?
Yes of course. Sheniko coupon codes are transferrable. Just note that once it is used, you will not be able to use it again.
I forgot to use a coupon code. Can I still get a discount? No, coupon codes must be applied at the time you place your order. They cannot be applied afterwards. If you missed out on your coupon, let us know and we will make a note of it and apply it to your next order provided you use it within 90 days.
I tried to use my coupon code and it's not working. What can I do?
Depending on the browser your using to view our website sometimes errors occur with coupon codes. Try viewing our website using Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox. If this still does not remedy the solution, please contact us immediately before placing your order and we will reset it or send you a new one for your use. Thanks

How will I know my head size for wigs?
That's easy. All wigs in our store are Average cap that means one size fits most. The petite wigs are 21 inches and the large have a circumference of 23 inches. If you need more help figuring out your head size, you can find it here: How to Know Your Wig Size
How can I be sure about choosing the right color?
We strongly recommend that all customers rent a color ring for at home viewing. We strongly advise all customers to rent a color ring and to use our online colors guide as a reference only. Colors may appear different on the actual item you receive due to the resolution of your computer screen. If you are not sure, rent a ring or send in a color sample for us to view. Although Sheniko staff will not make a color choice for you, we are able to send you suggestions for 1-3 of the closest color matches. This service is free of charge. Color rings can be rented online in our store and store credits are provided towards your purchase upon their return. But if that is not an option for you, that is okay to. Feel free to use our online charts as a guide to reference suitable hair colors or contact lens colors for yourself. In terms of hair matching, you can also send us a swatch of your hair in the mail and we will contact you with closest matches.
How do I know what colors are offered for each item?
There are only certain colors offered for most items. If a drop down selection list is not enabled, please refer to the item color chart to choose colors. You may also email us to confirm what color choices are available to ensure your color is available. If a color choice is not enabled, simply enter your color request at check out. A customer service representative will contact you before processing your order to confirm your color choice. A link to color charts is located at the top right header of our website.
Should I choose a second color?
Yes. We recommend that you always choose two colors just in case one of the colors is out of stock or discontinued. The wig manufacturers are changing colors all the time so your best bet is to choose two colors every time. We will never ship out your second color choice without contacting you first to let you know that your first choice was not available.
